Holiday Concert Series

 Choirs in the Capitol Sign-Up

To participate in the 2018 Choirs in the Capitol concert series, please fill out the form below. All participants are encouraged to invite their family and friends to share in the holiday spirit as they perform.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

1. Please look at the most up-to-date Concert Calendar to identify dates/times that are still available and work with your schedule. Click here to see the Concert Calendar.

2. Please ensure that you read the FAQs and are familiar with the program rules prior to sign-up. Click here to visit the FAQs page. 

3. As part of the sign-up process, you will be asked to identify the Legislative District your school is located in. To find you Legislative District, please click here.

4. Performers will be provided with a microphone, risers, and a PA system. The PA system can accommodate tapes and CDs.

School Information
Please indicate the number of students you will be bringing to the Capitol.
Please note, 1 chaperone is requested for every 20 students. Chaperones are expected to manage students and will be held responsible for their behavior during their time at the Capitol.
Time Slot Request
Please select your first choice of day for the Concert Series. Please keep in mind that the series runs from November 26 - December 21.
Please select your first choice in time slots. Note: All choir performances begin on the hour and choirs should be on site 15 minutes prior to their time slot.
